The campaign's success was architected around a sophisticated retargeting and audience expansion strategy. By leveraging the data from Ouroboros's previous campaign, we were able to bypass broad, cold-traffic advertising and immediately engage users with a proven interest in the artist's music, resulting in superior conversion rates and a more powerful release.
Our methodology began with the segmentation of Ouroboros's existing audience data. We deployed specific, high-impact ad creatives to retarget users who had previously engaged or pre-saved, while simultaneously building powerful lookalike audiences to find new, similar listeners at scale. A dynamic, tiered budget was allocated between Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries to maximize reach while maintaining an efficient cost-per-acquisition. This data-informed approach allowed for exceptional efficiency and impact. The campaign achieved an extremely high 75% Landing Page CTR and a final Cost Per Pre-Save between $0.34-$0.52. Turning a one-time campaign into a long-term audience asset, we generated 2,393 pre-saves, captured over 2,000 fan emails, and secured 1,221 "Future Saves". This established a robust, self-sustaining ecosystem for Ouroboros, ensuring each new release is more powerful than the last.
Delivered a massive 92K+ streams in the first 28 days post-release, a direct result of securing over 2,300 pre-saves and 1,500 new artist followers. The campaign successfully boosted the song's Spotify Popularity Index from a high baseline of 37 to 45, a significant algorithmic impact.
The campaign's efficacy is clearly demonstrated by comparing its post-release metrics to the previous single. We saw a 122% increase in Spotify Streams, a 112% increase in Song Saves (5.8K+), and a 77% increase in Release Playlist Adds (5K+) within the first 28 days. These figures prove a direct correlation between the scaled pre-save strategy and exponential on-platform growth. The campaign drove 4,896 high-intent clicks to the landing page and converted users effectively across key demographics, with the 18-34 age group being the most engaged.
