How it worked
We moved budget that day: three cities got more per day and one was cut in half. The plan was set to finish under the $3,000 cap so the last two shows could run to their dates.
What it built
Every tour we run now starts with a count from each room, a tracked page for every city, and ad access held until the final data pull.
